Try to be as confident as possible with what you say. You might make some mistakes, but do not get disappointed and try to move ahead with the interview with full confidence.
Avoid a monotonous tone
It is important to show a little bit of enthusiasm while answering the questions to keep the examiner hooked.
Smile a little
Smiling always helps as it helps in giving a positive outlook to everybody. Hence, it makes the examiner feel good about you and also calms you down.
Do mock practice sessions
Try to take mock speaking tests at home with somebody to build confidence.
